Blueberry Cake

Blueberry cake – fruity, delicious and uncomplicated.

Homemade blueberry cake with sprinkles. Today we want to present you a special recipe.

With this “cake” the taste, freshness and quality are at the forefront.

Homemade blueberry cake with sprinkles

wash approx. 500g blueberries and put them on their side

curd cream
500g semi-fat curd cheese
1/2 vanilla pod (seeds scratched out)
2 tablespoons icing sugar
2 handfuls of blueberries pureed
Mix everything together and leave in the fridge for about 1 hour.

sprinkles
40g butter
50g flour
50g ground almonds or hazelnuts
30g sugar
Rub all ingredients with your fingers. If necessary, add a little water so that the crumble forms lumps.
Place the sprinkles on a baking tray and bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for 6 minutes.

Pour into the glasses: first some berries, then quark cream, berries, quark cream, sprinkles, decorate with blueberries.
